Early To Bed for Rejuvenating Rest FREE Group Challenge

As we move into the fall season and the sun sets earlier, follow nature's rhythms by getting to bed early for rejuvenating rest.

About this event

Are you struggling to find physical, mental and emotional balance in your life and you intuitively sense that better sleep may be a necessary component for you to thrive?

Join Abbie Silvers Wellness and community members for this week-long group challenge in which you will receive support and guidance with practicing evening self care and getting to bed early for rejuvenating rest.

Sleep has the great potential to be one of our most foundational resources for health of body, mind, and spirit. Ayurveda, one of the world's oldest and time-tested systems of preventive healthcare, encourages us to align our lifestyle habits with the rhythms of our environment in order to thrive based on the recognition that we ARE part of nature.

Our human physiology and psychology benefit from simply syncing up with the circadian rhythm of the sun and its day and night cycle. Modern circadian and sleep science are now seeing this, as well. Going to bed by 10 pm and getting eight hours of sleep is more rejuvenating for the body and mind than going to bed at 1 am and sleeping for the same duration of time. It seems that WHEN we go to bed does make a difference.

If you experience any of the symptoms below, the Early to Bed for Rejuvenating Rest could be a wonderful place to begin your healing journey.

  • Brain fog

  • Depression

  • Anxiety

  • Joint pain

  • Inflammation

  • Digestive challenges

  • Skin issues

  • Headaches

This challenge invites you to experiment with making small, doable shifts to your evening routine such that you can experience a peaceful night's sleep. You will receive support from Abbie and your fellow challenge members along the way as you make this powerful commitment to prioritize your holistic wellness.
