  • Fall session of TNYE runs for 10 weeks starting September 10th. We meet weekly on Zoom for community support, direct coaching, and commitment to experimenting with self care habits that support us in creating sustainable shifts for our holistic wellness of body, mind, and spirit.

    We draw guidance from Ayurveda, a time tested holistic system of health originating in India, and from modern research on human behavior and habit change science.

    Most importantly, we approach our wellness desires and goals with compassion, patience, and the uplifting support of community. Join us!
